ONLINE COVID PRE-SCREENING

To all the parents and players using the online COVID pre-screening tool, THANK YOU AND PLEASE CONTINUE!!

When doing your pre-screen for entry into the arena, it’s important to make sure you not only enter the correct info, it’s also important you exit the program immediately after submission.

Please do not leave your browser open, this needs to be closed as soon as you submit your info.
