Hockey Returns
Further to the January 1st OMHA decision to allow hockey to continue,  https://www.omha.net/news_article/show/1200932
we are happy to announce that the hockey season will commence January 2, 2022 as scheduled.

However there have been changes that were made just before Christmas by the City of Kawartha Lakes that we wanted to remind you about.

1) Capacity limits.  Bobcaygeon and Fenelon are 40 spectators total for both teams during a game or practices.  Please keep it to 1 parent/guardian per game/practice.

2) Youth aged 12-17 will be required to show provide proof of vaccination regardless whether they are spectators or players.

3) QR code will be the only acceptable form of proof of vaccination. This can be with your phone or printed off for those who do not have a phone.

4) We are still obligated by the City of Kawartha Lakes to contact trace and to make sure anyone entering the area has completed a prescreening.  Many things have changed since we started the holidays and we need to continue to make sure we have a list of our members and visitors who are attending using our online tools or sign-in sheets at the gate..

Our goal is to keep hockey going for the kids and we need to everything we can to do so.

Please review this document from the City of Kawartha Lakes.
