Fundraising golf tourney raises over $4,000

The Sturgeon Thunder Golf Tournament at Sheffield Greens was a HUGE success and raised over $4,000 for local hockey thanks to our generous sponsors and the donations in the country auction.

Thank you to the golfers, volunteers and Sheffield Greens for hosting our tournament on Saturday Aug. 27.

This association could not prosper without the generous support of our caring community. On behalf of the Sturgeon Lake Minor Hockey Association and all hockey players, we thank you again for your thoughtfulness, generosity and continued support to the hockey association.
