We need on-ice officials - could you be one of them?
Anyone 14 + can express interest, and if you DO sign up, SLMHA
will reimburse registration fees and provide you with $150 for start up gear. We're looking to host a local clinic but we need to see if we'd have enough interested participants to run it.

Now we're sure you have questions, like WHAT COURSES DO I NEED TO BECOME AN OFFICIAL?
To become an official in the OMHA you will need to complete TWO prerequisite courses:
- Hockey Canada Officiating Program - Intro
- Respect in Sport - Officials Program
After you have completed them, you will need to take an Entry Level Clinic. Clinics will be listed soon.
NOTE: If you are 18 years or older you will need a VSC submitted/uploaded to the OHF Screening Submission Portal before you will be able to register for the Hockey Canada Officiating Program - Intro course.
